Pražská spolelečnost pro mezinárodní spolupráci, která požádá tuto konferenci ve spolupráci s AFPC a nadací Global Panel, k diskusi pozvala přední názorové vědce z Evropy a Spojených států. Hlavními tématy již čtvrté Transatlantické debaty budou následující okruhy: Role nových ekonomik ve vztazích mezi USA a EU; Vliv médií na transatlantické vztahy a USA a EU; Rozpor koncepcí rekonstrukce Iráku
Předchozí Transatlantické debaty (I.-III.) se od roku 2003 již konaly v Kongresu USA ve Washingtonu, v Berlíně, na minesterstvu zahraničí v Praze a v rámci Veletruhů v Brně.
Série transatlantických debat se týká vztahů mezi USA, EU a novými demokraciemi Střední a Východní Evropy.
