The Prague Society for International Cooperation, in partnership with Global Panel and Forum 2000, will present the 7th Hanno R. Ellenbogen Citizenship Award to Mr. Alexander Milinkevich, leader of the Democratic Belarussian Opposition at a Gala Reception for participants of Forum 2000 and other invited guests held in the Žofín Palace.
